This is a really late wrap-up post. Finals are just around the corner and I’m bombarded with countless tests and presentation. Well, on the bright side, a long break is coming up soon. I’ll be able to catch up with my readings then. 🙂 Now, let’s get on with the wrap-up.
Inspired by Danielle E. Shipley
I really enjoy reading this novel. It is extremely rare to find novels where the characters in it break the fourth wall and know that they are in fact fictional characters, as such, unreal. What captures my attention is how the characters fight for their own survival and they have their own thoughts and opinions. In other words, the characters are very much alive.
I Have Lost My Way by Gayle Forman
This is a really unique and breathtaking novel. Readers follow the footsteps of 3 different characters and all 3 of them have one thing in common, which is that they lost their way. I love how the story suddenly flips upside down mid-way through the plot. It sudden gets so deep that you will be totally amazed how the author managed to pull it off. ‘I Have Lost My Way’ is like numerous scattered puzzle pieces which make sense, such an irony isn’t it? 😉
